1. Booking & Payment

All sessions require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.
The remaining balance is due before the day of the session, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time without discount.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will forfeit the deposit.
You may reschedule once without penalty if at least 48 hours’ notice is given.

3. Image Delivery

Images will be delivered digitally via a private gallery link.
Turnaround time is typically 2–3 weeks, unless otherwise communicated.
Basic editing and colour correction are included. Additional retouching may incur a fee.

4. Usage Rights

Snapped in Time retains full copyright to all images.
Clients receive personal use rights only. Images may not be used for commercial purposes without written permission.
Snapped in Time reserves the right to use images for portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing before the shoot.

5. Client Conduct

Clients are expected to behave respectfully. Abusive or inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

6. Liability

Snapped in Time is not liable for any injuries or damage incurred during the session.
If the photographer is unable to attend due to illness or emergency, the session will be rescheduled or refunded in full.

7. Weather & Outdoor Sessions

In the event of poor weather, sessions may be rescheduled at no extra cost.
Safety is a priority, and final decisions will be made at the photographer’s discretion.
